Helmets are a type of equipment item worn in the head slot.

Mind Assemble Circlet
Helmet Whenever the wearer uses a psychic power, they can trigger one of the following:
50% chance to reduce the AP cost and decrease veil degradation by −2.
25% chance to perform the psychic power as usual.
25% chance to increase veil degradation by +3 and reset the cooldown of their attack.

If veil degradation is increased to 15 or beyond, this effect triggers perils of the warp even when using minor psychic powers.

Navigator Monocle
Helmet The wearer gains +10 Willpower and Fellowship.

Helmet Each time the wearer inflicts burning from flamers, that burning level is doubled. Requires:

Visor of Inevitability
Helmet Whenever the wearer inflicts a damage-over-time effect, they gain +1 stack of the inevitability effect.

As soon as the wearer gains 10 stacks of inevitability, they deal (Medicae / 10) direct damage to all enemies suffering from any damage-over-time effects, and all the stacks of inevitability are removed.
