Temporary Wounds

Additional wounds granted by certain effects and abilities. When a character suffers damage in combat, temporary wounds are deducted first, followed by the character's regular wounds.
Temporary wounds generally stay until the end of combat or until the character loses them by suffering damage.
When a character gains temporary wounds from multiple sources, these temporary wounds do not stack with each other — the character only benefits from the source that grants the most temporary wounds.
